Am I covered for services if I travel out of the state?

If you are currently enrolled under a Traditional plan or Personal Choice you will be covered if the provider is a contracting/participating provider with their local Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan, subject to deductibles and co-payments. If the provider does not contract/participate with their local Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan, you will receive non-member benefits according to your contract. If the provider is not in the Personal Choice network you will be responsible for obtaining the pre-authorization should the service require.
