We recently enrolled in the Medical Insurance plan, which is sponsored, through our Association. Could you explain how the billing process works?

USI Colburn will bill you on a monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly/semi-annual or annual cycle. The bills are sent out no later than the first week of the month for the preceding month and payment is due in our office by the 25th of that month.
