What happens if I am a Independence Blue Cross member and I do not use a participating pharmacy?

If you use a non-participating pharmacy you should pay the pharmacist for your prescription and obtain a receipt. Ask the pharmacist for the drug’s (NDC) National Drug Control number, which you will need to complete a claim form. Complete the claim form; attach your receipt and mail to the address on the form.
