Independence Blue Cross has enlisted the services of Paid Prescriptions. Paid Pharmacies have agreed to charge a discounted price for drugs when you show your identification card. 99% of pharmacies in the five-county area participate in the Paid network, as well as 96% of pharmacies nationwide.
