FAQ

I am a member of Keystone Health Plan East, what should I do if I need a doctor and my primary care physician (PCP) is unavailable?

If you are a member of Keystone Health Plan East, you have medical care available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week through your primary care physician’s office. If your primary care physician (PCP) is unavailable, there will be a physician on call in the event of an emergency. Be sure to tell the answering service that it is an emergency and the service will have the covering physician call you promptly.
