How do I add/delete lawyers during the policy period?

To add a lawyer to your policy, simply complete a New Lawyer Application and forward to our office for processing. To delete a lawyer, all we need is written notice, along with their date of departure. Please note, Westport Insurance Corporation does not always charge or refund premium for a midterm addition or deletion of a lawyer. Other changes which may alter the firm's composition may require a premium adjustment, prior acts exclusion, or completion of a new application.
