FAQ

When should I report a potential claim?

A claim should be reported to the carrier immediately. If you are aware of an act, error or omission that may possibly result in a claim against you or your firm, it is your responsibility to notify the carrier. The "first" notice of a claim is when you are made aware of the problem, not the actual suit papers. Delay in reporting a claim could cause the claim to be denied.
